Saying I've got too many VPN devices

I have exactly the same problem as Ron Perry (below) so I have copied his query … I have my had VPN work on all my devices until today. I received notification that it has reached maximum connection. The message states I am only entitled to one connection at a time . I checked my subscription and it is for up to 5 devices and presently there are only 3 registered.  What's the problem?
