Says I do not have my features unlocked

I am seeing this but I purchased a licence from you guys. I have logged into the program like it said, I logged into ZEN and it still says I do not have the full features unlocked, can you please help me?

In this case, we request you to get connected with our additional support for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Thank you for understanding.
Please click on "Go to Zen" on AVG PC TuneUp interface.
When you get another window opened, click on your email address and select "Leave this network".
Click on "connect" then and select "Log into existing network".
Enter your AVG my account credentials associated with TuneUp purchase and check the status.
If the issue persist, we have to perform re-installation of the program.
Keep us informed about the status.

I've reinstalled it like directed but the problem is still occuring.
