Scan in safe mode

thank you,
I have no password on this computer.I just opened AVG in safe mode and ran it. Can you tell me if it found 350 infections during this scan or is that the total from all AVG scans?

I ran a scan in safe mode. .Then reran in normal.please tell me what the findinds mean and is there anything I did wrong.
