Scan Not working

I am sorry to hear that. Please check if you have installed the latest updated version of AVG in your computer. I also suggest you to delete the scheduled scan settings and repair http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVGAVG Internet security / AVG Protection program from the control panel. Once you are done with the repairing, please schedule the scan and check the status.

My AVG scan is not working.  I have paid for the 2 year contract.  Order 701-6571394.  It has stopped running the daily scan.  Has gone for up to 5 days.  I have had to go in and run it manually.  Why am I paying for a product that is not working!  Please help correct this problem..
