Scan now not working

Could you please let us know how long you are facing this issue?
We would request you to disable AVG firewall and check with the issue.

Just ordered software and it downloaded.  Now my Cannon IR-ADV C3325 is not scanning and is giving me a TX Report "TX image set not to display".  I'm assuming the download screwed with my driver. Any ideas…
