Scan of compter locked

I have paid for this scan product surely AVG must have records of what I have purchased. It must be AVG who have locked it so why can,t you just unlock it??

We would like to know which scan that you actually perform using AVG.
Could you share the screenshot of the AVG scan window?

I purchased scan for my PC on 14th Feb 2020. my bank account debited 17 Feb 2020 but when I try to san computer the scan comes up as locked.
