After a scan is completed I get a message "Loading data …" under the heading "Summary", but this message never goes away, so I can't access the scan report. To click on reports/archive report/archive all/ are the only options on the screen but none produce the report. I'm using AVG Free running under XP-SP3.

Thanks for your reply Kishore. I've completed the repair process but the issue remains unresolved. Everything else works fine.
