Scan results and no solutions offered

I am running the latest AVG Internet Security (07/19/23).
I ran a "Smart Scan".
1) The results told me I had 1 system issue to be resolved but did not tell me what it was. I run some programs which will give false positives and do Not want to "resolve" them.
2) In the "Advanced" part of the scan, it told me I have 15 items which are prime targets, for hackers but did Not tell me what I should do about it.
3) Outside of the scan, since a recent subscription renewal and program upgrade, I have a serious video buffering problem. When I am experiencing the buffering, I find the AVG icon in my system tray is spinning, showing it is doing something. How do I stop AVG from causing the buffering? I'm Very frustrated with all of this and on the verge of going somewhere else. Not happy.
