Yesterday I installed the free version of AVG AntiVirus onto my iMac after reading several recommendations. First thing I did was to ask the programme to do the 'full scan'. It fairly quickly reaches 10%, then go to 11% after a while - but then it stops/stalls… What could be the problem? Any thoughts?

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with AVG scan on your Mac PC. Could you let us know which version of Mac are you running and please try to stop the scan and restart it. If the issue persist, uninstall the AVG app and reinstall it.
