Is it free, trial or paid version?
Does it show was scan completed successfully message?

I'm using the free version of Zen. Yes, it does show the scan was completed successfully

Thank you for the information. Please note that the progress bar may just skip and show you the results when the files to be scanned on your hard disk is done. If you suspect your AVG is not functioning well, please try to run repair installation ( avgclick.me/RepairAVG ) of your AVG and check the issue.
