Scan stops at rootkits

I reinstalled AVG and it works - more or less. I did not try to scan with all the boxes (except tracking cookies) checked. That was where AVG Free went wrong. Should I try again or should I leave well enough alone?

To start with, I had in AVG Free the problem that at certain moments the ZEN-application just did not stop updating, the whole day long… I removed the old AVG Free just as described. and reinstalled AVG Free. ZEN is not updating anymore, but in my security scan of the computer it stops at about 51% - at rootkits. I reinstalled AVG Free again, but it still stops at rootkits, a different one this time. I have a screenshot, but don't know how to post is.
