Scan to Computer Disabled each time I try to scan to computer from printer

Hello Ken. Do you mean that you are unable to use the scan feature of your printer after installing AVG? Also may I know which AVG program do you use?

Each time I try to scan to Computer from my printer it is disaled and rarely I can get it to work then it immediately disable the scan to computer function again.
