Scan to printer not working

hi
didn't resolve issue by changing profile to private but it did when i switched off the firwall. how do i now allow my scanner to get through the firwall?

Hello Helen,
I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check if your AVG firewall is configure with below recommended settings or not.
Open AVG Internet Security interface->Menu->Settings->components->firewall->network profiles->change connection to Private if it is set to Public. If it was already set to private, try to turn off the firewall from components list and check if that  resolve the issue.

hi after latest update scan to computer no longer working. Tried to check if this is a firewall problem but where is firewall tile now? and how do i check if it is a firewall problem
