I use AVG for my Samsung Galaxy A10e and I tried to scan my wifi and it said wifi scan failed. So I tried again to scan my wifi and it failed again. I have restarted my phone and I also uninstall and reinstall AVG and when I tried it again wifi scan failed. I wonder why this is happening. I have paid for this AVG. I need help getting it to work. Can someone please help me with this issue?
