Scanned found many locked files?

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of the AVG product installed on your system?
Have you tried to scan those documents separately using AVG product?

Although i say scan al files, even my docs are not getting scanned along with countless others.  Is a rootkit at work here?  Possibilities anyone?
