When I update the virus database, should I run the scan in normal or safe mode?
Hello!
I just did a full computer scan in safe mode. After it finished, I was shocked to see I had over 300 infections. Still, it showed 0 files were healed.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I have a Windows 10, 64 bit comp.
Hello Keith,
You can run the scan in normal mode itself and check if any infection is being detected.
Thank you.

Hello Keith,
Thank you for providing the screenshot. The files that were detected as threat seems to be windows file. This can be a false detection. We suggest you to update the AVG program and then run the scan and check if any threats are detected.
Thank you.
