Scanner Problem

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please refer to this article & enable the following system rules of your AVG Internet Security Enhanced Firewall:

  • Allow Windows File and Printer sharing
  • Allow remote desktop connections to this computer

Also, change the network profile of your AVG Internet Security from 'Public' to 'Private'.
Once you've performed the above actions, restart your computer once & check if the issue persists.

All of a sudden my scanner was blocked from sending scans to my computer.  It scans when I turn off the AVG Enhanced Firewall. I need some specific instructions on how to resolve this problem.  I am using AVG  Software Version: 21.5.3185 (build 21.5.6354.679).
