I have installed AVG 2015 Ultimate 1 year on my laptop.  It said that I had to restart my computer to scan and repair the errors on my C Drive.  I did that and. instead of  continuing to do the repairs, it has been stuck on 12% for over an hour.  I know something's wrong.  I have tried to turn off my computer and go back to a regular startup, but it keeps going back to the same screen with 12%.  What should I do?
