Hi Priyanga,

How do I repair AVG PC Tuneup?

Requested full scan and restarted pc as instructed but having completed 10% complete, there has been no further process and cannot stop scan.  Can you help?

With to the screen, the only visible  things are the HP logo and at the bottom  there is the following “Scanning and repairing drive  (C:):10%  complete“ and above this is circling dots.

Phillip, if you observe the steps provided in that article, the first step would be how to skip the scan and boot your PC to attempt further instructions. Please read the instructions carefully on a different device and attempt them on the problem computer.

I just seen your e-mail directing me to a help web page but I cannot access my pc because it is still in scanning and repairing mode at 10% complete so I need to know how to stop this so I can access my pc.
