Scanning and repairing drive

Hello Michelle,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please be informed that the disk scan of AVG PC Tuneup usually takes few hours to get completed.
It is not recommended to turn off the PC until the scanning is completed.
May I know for how long does it stay at 10% ?

Hi
I have installed the latest free version, then ran a thorough scan which requires a restart.

When re starting the "scanning and repairing drive C:" gets stuck at 10%

I have turned the machine off and on again and it still gets stuck. I cant access my laptop at all now.

Please help!

Thanks for your reply. It hangs for over 2 hours. To be honest its taken me all day to get this installed and my machine is mega mega slow since. Im starting to get really frustrated with it!
