Hello Marilyn,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Did you start scanning your computer using the AVG antivirus program or does the scanning started automatically?
Does the scan hangs at 1% and doesn't proceed?

All day today, I have the message "now scanning your PC for threats" - it never finishes and makes my computer very sluggish.
