Would you be so kind to let us know if you've performed a clean installation using AVG Clear?
When running a scan, when it gets to the 'Scanning for vulnerable sensitive documents' part, it doesn't get past 96%.

and uninstalled and reinstalled AVG Internet Security but the problem persists.

It is not required to uninstall the other AVG products. To analyze it further, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs.

I've used AVG Clear to perform a clean installation of AVG Internet Security and the problem still persists. Do I need to uninstall Secure VPN, Antivirus, TuneUp separately?
