Could you provide us the screenshot of the scan page where it stucks at 10%? Does this issue happen after a restart of your PC?

Have used AVG tuneup today, & clicked on scanning & repairing drive. It has been running for 4 hours & stuck on 10%…Can't turn computer off to re-set either. Help
