Hi Satish. Where can I locate System Preferences. Cannot find it in AVG Options nor Windows XP.

Hello Peter. Sorry for the misunderstanding with your OS, there is no system preferences option in Windows. Please have a look at this HP support article http://bit.ly/1dEhPQD which discussed about the same problem.

My HP 5520 wireless printer has stopped scanning to email addresses.
Error message reads: Server Connection Error: 403.
Printer has no issue scanning to the PC.
AVG Firewall been set to Enable for File & Printer and Network.
Could AVG Firewall still be preventing access to the server?
