Scanning using Brother MFC-J3930DW not working if firewall is on

Hello Marek,

Let us make necessary changes with the AVG Firewall and check the status.
Refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned under "Define Network profiles" topic.
Change the network profile to 'Private' and try checking 'Brother MFC-J3930DW'.
Keep us posted.

Hi all,
I cannot use the scanning on my brother printer if the AVG firewall is on. All works once firewall off. Could you let me know what to add any necessary exception to get this working please. Thank you in advance
