Schedule scan doesn't happen

Hi John, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. May I know the name of the AVG program with which you are facing this issue? Are you able to update AVG, run normal scans using it?

My scheduled scan no longer starts as requested, any ideas please?

Thanks for your quick response, I am using AVG Pro, updates are automatic and I can do other scans such as general and specific files / drives / memory cards.
I have set up a daily scan at 0700hrs but since renewal of my licence it doesn't seem to trigger.
