Schedule Scan not working

Could you please share us the operating system name and version of your device?
Do you get any error message or pop up when the scan is not running by AVG?

I've been using AVG free for years and never had a problem. I updated a new computer and downloaded the newest version of AVG. It looks like I scheduled  a scan to start daily and shut the computer down when it is done, but it's not running the scan. Not sure what the issue is but ive uninstalled an reinstalled AVG twice.  any help would be appreciated.

I uninstalled. restared and installed it again. The scan ran lasts night but still did not shut down my PC
