Could you tell me whether the computer is active at the scheduled time?
I have my scan scheduled for 6:30 pm but when I look in I find "Never" (in the "frequency" field) so why is it scanning at 8:30 pm? I honestly don't know what to do anymore! Thank you {sigh}
Thank you for the information, Karen.
The deep scan will perform a thorough analysis of each files present on your hard drive.
Hence, the time taken will be more when you have more files on your hard drive.
As suggested earlier, please perform repair and check the status with schedule scan.

Yes, the computer is active at the scheduled time. I'm wondering about how long a deep scan takes. We have AOL, Facebook, & a LOT of files for our business on this PC. My thinking is if it starts at 6:30 pm then 2 hours later it could still be only 23% done with a DEEP scan, I mean? I changed it to a computer scan so it doesn't take so long.
