Scheduled Scan and auto shut down

The repair installation did not solve the issue.

Followed the steps above.  Still no joy.

I had tech support take control of my PC and they fixed the issue.  However, it only lasted for a couple of days.  AVG is once again not scanning when scheduled nor shutting down the PC.

On the 24th of October I sent you an output report.  To date, I have not received a reply. How long should this take?

I have a scheduled scan set for 11 PM every day with an automatic computer shutdown when down.  It has performed this as expected until about five days ago.  Now it doesn't shut down the PC and it does the scan at a random time during the day.  I can not figure out why, as all the setting are the same.  Maybe something to do with the latest Windows 10 update?
