Scheduled Scan not Working again!

Is AVG working on a FIX for the scheduled scan PROBLEM.
AVG 17.4 will not run a scheduled scan
yes i have repaired AVG
yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled AVG
yes i have used the AVG uninstall tool.

WHAT HAPPENED TO A SIMPLE AND RELIABLE AVG?
IT WORKED GREAT FOR YEARS THEN YOU FIXED IT.

1 Scheduled scan started @ approx. 17:00 against the time set of 12:00
2 Noted during the running of the Scan that the progress bar did not move from the start position. Is this a known problem?

Using AVG version 17.4.3014
Have Scheduled Scan set to commence @ 12:00
Today ' 15:50 hours it has still not run.
This problem has occurred before, would you please investigate & advise
