The web form neither gives me a phone number or email form. The email address I've entered is a valid email, and I have no idea what email the product was registered under, or if it was even registered. All I have is a license key.that is valid until 2019.

Hi,
I've three servers, two Dell PowerEdge 2900s, and one PowerEdge T630. All three run Windows Server 2012, and all three also use AVG Antivirus Business Edition. One Dell PowerEdge 2900 ignores scheduled scans and shows the wrong scheduled scan time, i.e. minutes from now. The other two servers work fine. I've already reinstalled AVG Antivirus Business on the server that the scheduled scan is not working correctly, and the problem was resolved for a time, but it has crept back in, starting 1/11/2018. How can I correct this problem WITHOUT again reinstalling the product, and having to reboot at least once. As opposed to a home computer, enterprise servers can't just be rebooted on a whim, as a server reboot has far reaching effects on the organization.
