Scheduled scan not working

For a confirmation, please let us know whether your PC is turned on and not put to sleep mode at the time of scheduled scan.

Just purchased Internet Security Unlimited, Long time user of Internet Security Protection. Scheduled scans not working, Simple to set up on old system New system nightmare?

Thank You tried that before still no good can we return to old system because this doesn't work. It seems that this has been going on for too long, surely some one can fix it!
