Again today the Scheduled scan failed to run.
You have contacted me 3 times to supply log files & this I have done.
Today you have requested more log files, which I will supply later
Please what is going on?
You have major problems & whilst I am willing to help it it taking a great deal of my time.
Please could you add additinal resourse to solve this problem as I & I assume many other users are becoming concerned with this latest version of your product…

I've had a e mail from AVG stating that they have found a bug.
This was after many logs were taken from my system.
Perhaps AVG on this thread should advise Tech/Franklin of this & clarify the situation for us all.
So what's gone wrong today?
Scheduled Scan set for 11:00 did not run.

Same problem again today!
When the "Scheduled Scan" ran today the progress bar again did not work.
I had a feeling that this was also a problem last week so before the scan time I did a repair.
Would you please investigate this issue as I feel you have a problem in your system

I am sorry to know that the issue with scheduled scan still persists.
Please perform repair of AVG Antivirus once http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY and check whether the issue persists.
If it persists, we will be able to escalate by collecting log files and proceed further.
For those that may be having fun reading this thread.
I contacted AVG & with them found that the Scheduled scan set to run @ 11:00 on Friday did run but it did not strt until 12:10

It is necessary for us to analyze the log files of AVG to identify the issue, hence I have sent an email instruction to collect and send the log files.
If the email is not present in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.

Today 11th August.
Scan started at 11:00, & was completed @ 12:44, checked this out on log produced.
BUT
Still a problem!
The progress bar at the bottom of the scan screen failed to function.
Would AVG please respond to this problem

Also the Scan Progress Bar worked.

If a do a Manual Scan, the Progress bar works.
But it does not work when a Scheduled Scan runs

I am also having the same problems! i have repaired and unistalled AVG and reinstalled. It worked on day when i sheduled the scan but the next scheduled scan did not start. it was supposed to be today at 06.45.
Any advise?

Please do not ask me to reinstall as this was carried out two weeks ago & the scan ran last week.

Set "Scheduled scan to run on Saturdays @ 13:00.
