My scheduled scanning is not working. I have the AVG free edition, my license does not expire. After getting notification of a protection update being needed today I discovered that no scans have been done in the last 8 days and yet I have seen the scheduled scan icon come up and act as if it was working.
The buttons for me to click on to manage my scans are greyed out so I can not connect with what I need and to do so. I have tried the settings by the scan area and in the pull down menu to do this, both are doing the same thing. What can I do to fix this issue please?
