Scheduled scans are not being performed

We’d like to know more about what’s happening with your AVG. May I know how do you confirm that the scheduled scans are not working in your PC? Do you mean that the 'Last computer scan' status is not updated in your AVG Internet Security window? If so, please be informed that in the current release, AVG user interface will show the “Last computer scan” status only if you press "Scan Computer" floating button and not for any other scans.
