Just updated to AVG Free 2017, my original scan config was no where to be seen, had to create a new one. For a test set scan for 15 minutes after I had finished configuring new scan parameters.....scan did not start....perhaps if I wait.....no start.....changed scheduled time to later (roughly 20 minutes)....still no scan start up.....what!?? Need a resolution......

To uninstall the AVG Program please follow the below process.
start->control panel->Programs(uninstall a program)->AVG(Uninstall)
After Un-installation please click on the below link for re-install AVG free.

I haven't used the AVG Business Edition in years literally. I am no longer in business! This is a home computer with previous installation of the AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 16.151.8012 which was just this morning updated to the AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 17.3.3011. I am neither a rube, inexperienced, or stupid, I know what I am talking about, I'm not drooling in my shoe...you are being presumptuous....You need to listen to your customers, I know this because I am a former Network/Hardware Consultant and Designer/Installer, and had to listen to customers and not prejudge them. I need a simple resolution to this issue....I have used AVG paid and Free over the years with great satisfaction and have recommended the same to others.... it's never grossly failed in the past until this moment....I have, at this moment, NO Business edition or any other paid home product, just the AVG Free...now can I please get at least an attempt at trouble shooting this issue???
