Repeated attempts to run scheduled scans have failed since 6/3/18. Uninstalled and reinstalled AVG free on 6/3/18 after running Remover and Clear. Also tried running the Repair option: Control Panel-Uninstall on 6/19/18 and made no diffidence. Still won't scan on schedule. New version of AVG installed today 6/20/18 Ver 18.5.3059 and attempted another scheduled scan this PM and it failed as well…Solution?

We appreciate your efforts on trying to resolve this issue. We have to escalate the case to our senior team to resolve the issue with schedule scan. Prior to the escalation, we need few AVG file logs that is required for the analysis. I will send you the email instructions to collect those file logs. Please follow the instructions to collect those logs and send it to us.
