I certainly understand your concern and sorry for the inconvenience caused. In your case a complete re-installation should fix this issue. For your information, the schedule scan will take place effectively only when the PC is idle that means the PC is kept power on and no activities are to be done on the PC at the time of the scheduled scan. May I know which AVG program you have installed on your PC?
I have scans scheduled that never seem to run. No report of a scan for a month. I checked the 'scan even when computer is sleeping' box no love there! How do I t/s this?
