Hello Chris,
Please be informed that the days for AVG scan shown on the program interface will be incorrect. This is the known issue and we are working to fix this, however the schedule scan will be running properly.
If the PC is not turned on or put to sleep mode at the scheduled time then the process will be aborted. It won't start if you turn on the PC after the scheduled time.
The scheduled scan will happen only on the next day instance.
I've set up scheduled scans and I'm sure they used to work regularly every week, but twice now I've come back to it and it's said that the last scan was over 20 days ago. I checked the scheduler and its still there but just isn't working. There may be a chance the PC wasn't always turned on on that particular weekday, but surely it would just start as soon as it is next on, which is quite frequent.
Anyone else having this problem?
