Scheduled scans

i reinstalled AVG, tested scheduled scan and it worked, however, the "normal" scheduled scans DO NOT.........

 

i have repaired, yet scheduled scan still isnt working

scheduled scans do not run, whether PC is asleep or not.

I'm sorry to hear about this, please check the AVG 2017 schedule scan preferences here (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-start-or-plan-a-computer-scan). Also I would like to inform you that AVG 2017 schedule scan will run only when your computer is turned on (it will not run if your computer is on hibernate/power off/shut down). If you wish, you can submit a product feedback form (http://www.avg.com/en-us/product-feedback), it will reach to our concern team and they will look into it.

I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. In this case, I suggest you to completely remove and reinstall AVG in your computer. Please click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen for the steps to uninstall AVG. And you can install the latest version of AVG from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.
