I request you to try accessing the same website in different browsers and check if you're able to select the options.
Also, open AVG Secure Browser and simultaneously click on Ctrl & - (next to *) and check if you're able to access it.

I've been using AVG Browser for awhile, but now on the Tangerine Bank site, I can no longer see the tabs in the upper right, including Pay Bills. Clicking on the maximize button doesn't fill the whole screen with the window, as it used to, and the tabs don't appear. Tangerine is no help. Is there something like a 'Fit window to full screen' command or something like it? I couldn't find any. I can't pay my bills online now because of this ridiculous problem. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I have exactly the same problem in Google Chrome. It is all the same settings, nothing that relates to this problem.
I tried to open AVG Browser while clicking on CTRL &, nothing happened. I also tried CTRL shift &. Should it open?
Since you're experiencing the same in Google Chrome, it is clear that AVG Secure Browser is not causing the issue.
To change the resolution in your browser, please press Ctrl and - simultaneously.
If the issue still persists, then I request you to contact the website provider for further assistance.
THe magnifyer doesn't help show up the missing tabs, only enlarges what is already visible.
