Screen Resolution and Pop Up Error

My mother was having an issue with her AVG pop up notices, and I was able to replicate the same issue on my computer at home. So, I'm guessing it's an issue with AVG's code.  My mother has trouble seeing the monitor, so on a Windows 7 OS; if you right-click on the desktop, left-click on Screen Resolution, and select Display in the address bar… you'll have 3 resolution/magnification options: 100%, 125%, & 150%. I leave it magnified to "Larger 150%", because she sees that the best. Why does this mode crop the AVG pop up window? All of the actionable buttons to the right or near the bottom of the pop-up are unviewable in this mode.  I can get around it by making the change to 100%, X'ing out of the pop up, and then setting it back… but she is not that good with computers.  Is there another way, to make it scale properly/automatically to make it more senior citizen intuitive?
