Question: Why did AVG not find this intrusion under my Hacker Attacks Remote Access Shield protection? Has anyone else experienced this hack?
I recently had noticed my mouse moving without my help. In fact it was closing windows and opening browsers. Like someone was just plying with me. I shut down my internet and it stopped. I immediately ran AVG scans on my computer and nothing was found. I did some more research and found ScreenConnect.WindowsClient.exe in my Service folder. This is a 3rd party connection service that I am unaware of how it got onto my computer. I followed the procedure to delete it and clear from my computer.

We do not recommend using any 3rd party tool to remove infections/threats from your computer, as the tool itself might be scam or malware.
We would like to inform that AVG will find and remove the threats automatically.
Also AVG will not allow any malicious software to enter into your PC, however we are uncertain how this happened to you.
We can take remote access and check for infections/threats, for doing that
please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.
