Buenas, tengo un problema, lo que pasa es que yo adquirí la versión de prueba de dos meses el 16 de enero del 2021, y el 1 de marzo se ha renovado automáticamente la licencia de 1 año sin mi autorización, además la prueba gratuita de dos meses debía expirar el 16 de marzo del 2021, ¿por qué se ha renovado antes de tiempo y sin mi autorización?
