Searched Everywhere-Can't Find Program

I've downloaded the program three times and searched everywhere, but can't find a desktop shortcut or any way to run the program. I search my program files and all I see is the installation link. What is happening??? Thank You.

I did everything you said, but after "Run As Administrator" it does the same thing. It installs and is nowhere to be found and no icon on desktop.

It's very frustrating. I'm about ready to give up unless you can help me.

I have the same issue. I get the "Installing" screen (Step 2 in the article) but then it just disappears and I don't get the "Continue" screen (Step 3).
