"Second Screen" on Samsung tablet

I have a large Samsung tablet that I want to use a third display from my laptop. I have read ALL of the suggested "fixes" on this forum but none of them work.  The ONLY way that I can use Samsungs "Second Screen" is to turn off AVG Firewall…and I don't want to do that obviously.  Please advise.

We certainly check and help you with the issue caused.
Please open AVG Internet Security and Click Settings > General > Firewall.
In the Firewall, option make sure  Internet Sharing mode is enabled.
If not enable it and then check on your issue once.
Let us know the status of the issue.

As previously said I have tried all support threads in here and none of them work.  I have also ofcourse tried enabling Internet Sharing Mode

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Darren. 
Please clarify whether you've tried changing the network profile & modified system rules for both private & public networks in AVG Firewall. 
Also, let us know whether you use any VPN service or other antivirus on your laptop.
