Usually, the AVG installer allows you to either include or exclude the installation of Secure browser.
Please let us know what happens exactly while attempting to uninstall AVG Secure browser from control panel.
Do you receive any error message? If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Doing a System Restore prior to the Secure Browser install date FAILED to delete it

Received unwanted Secure Browser in an download update. Unable to uninstall via any method be it Windows control panel, cmd prompt, or using the Avg downloaded uninstall program tool. Am sole user and owner of PC and want control of my own device. Please advise.

Downloaded AVG Clear and that did the job finally.
