Go to AVG Zen -> Antivirus Free -> Menu at the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> you can disable AVG temporarily by each components . Awaiting your reply, thank you!
I have used AVG for years and as of a few weeks ago a problem developed. When I am working on my internet based Electronic Medical Records portal, it keeps freezing with a screen appearing stating that, "Secure Connection Failed, The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data cold not be verified." I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser as it is recommended by my EMR company. When I temporarily disable the AVG antivirus, the problem disappears and when I re-enable the AVG antivirus, the problem reappears. I have had my EMR company confirm there is no problem on their end. Any suggestions? Thank you.
