Thanks, but the link you provided doesn't answer my question. My question was, can I not make AVG go to the secure desktop mode when it detects a virus, or allow the application continue running in the secure desktop mode?

Hi
I have AVG Internet Security 2015. When it detects a virus, the AVG detection pop up but it pops up in the secure desktop mode making the background darker. When that happens, my application doesn't work anymore therefore I can't choose an option. The application I'm using controls the mouse and keyboard. Can I not make AVG go to the secure desktop mode when it detects a virus, or allow the application continue running in the secure desktop mode?
Thanks
Hi John,
I see, IMHO you should be still able to change focus to popup using Alt+Tab. If it is not possible please provide us with example of application (which contrlos your mouse and keyboard) you are referring to.
Thanks
