Secure VPN Blocking most websites

Hi Nicole,

We understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Regrettably, certain websites have taken counter measures to block users from accessing their content through Secure VPN servers.
While we do continue to add new servers and IP addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same.
However, you can try connecting to one of the Streaming or Torrenting servers (locations) that are available in Secure VPN & check for the issue.
Also, please enable the Mimic VPN protocol in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!

Since activating Secure VPN, I need to shut off the program in order to access 3/4 of the websites I use for work on a daily basis including NY State tax sites and most vendor sites. This seems to completely defeat the purpose of the subscription.

Hello Terry,
